Online casinos definitely qualify games, in my language. In my dictionary games mean something very specific. They are broken down into their various parts, and no one seems to realize it. We’ll be looking at what an online casino has to do with this and which games you should and shouldn’t play.
Games consist of a few things: Purposes, Barriers, Freedoms and Power of Choice.
Let’s look at the Purpose of this game called online casinos. What are you aiming for? To win, right? To win money. So you know where exactly you’re going when you play. You want to win against what? Barriers.
What barriers are there? Well, there’s the uncertainty of whether or not the website you’re on is trustworthy, there’s not knowing if the game you’re playing is rigged for you to lose, there’s the fact that there are opponents in the game, there’s also the fact that you are dealt random cards and, lastly, there’s your limit on how much money you have. Now, that looks like a lot of barriers, and when Man is faced with too many barriers there is no more game. Why play if you know you’re going to lose, right?
Well, luckily, there are also Freedoms in every game. Freedom of which cards you want to play, freedom to bet however much you want (within the limits) and to just give up and stop playing. That’s where Power of Choice comes in.
When playing on the internet you must always remember, you posses Power of Choice. This means that YOU decide whether you should play the game or not, YOU decide if you should gamble with your money and YOU can decide to stop when it’s necessary.
Now you know what a game consists of, let’s look at luck. What is luck? It’s a lack of control. People who depend upon luck are letting go of the wheel and hoping the car doesn’t crash. That’s not very safe.
What games depend on luck? Craps and Slots are good examples. What do you control in Slots? Absolutely nothing. You “pull the lever” and from there you’re letting go of the wheel! You throw the virtual dice and you have no clue if you’ve been rigged to lose. No control.
So if that’s luck, what’s the opposite? Certainty. What games can you be certain in? Blackjack and Poker. Sure, there is mystery in it, or else it wouldn’t be a game. BUT, there are things you can be certain of. For example, you are very certain about what cards you have. Your ace of spades won’t turn into a two of clubs while you’re playing Poker, right? When you hit twenty-one on the dot, it won’t magically change to eighteen, right? You’re certain about those things? Then I suggest you play those games instead of these “wonderful games of luck!”
Playing on online casinos is a bit of a gamble in itself. You can’t take any chances.
So play those games and win!
